VM-level HA Failover

Synchronous Block Replication
vSAN-class 2-node DRBD9 storage. RPO=0, allow-two-primaries, auto split-brain resolve, live-migrate proven.
Live VM Migration
vSwitch 4001 ↔ NBD block-copy with detect-zeroes default-on. Auto-pool GC + capacity guard + GARP failover.
Split-brain Protection
Center acts as witness. Nodes losing contact for >grace reject promote --force. Resync gate guards mid-resync VMs.
